How we work
Our creative agency process keeps things simple: one partner, one plan and no surprises. Whether you need design, video, photos, marketing or all four, you’ll always know what’s happening. You’ll also know what comes next and who to call.
Our creative agency process in five clear steps
Discover
We talk about your goals, audience, budget and deadline on a free call.
A clear picture of what you need and honest advice on where to start.
Plan
We turn what we heard into a written proposal.
The services, what’s included, the timeline, the price and the rounds of changes, all in one place.
Create
We design, write, film, shoot and plan your marketing, side by side.
First drafts to review, shared in one place so nothing goes missing.
Refine
Then you tell us what to change, and we fine-tune every detail.
Polished work that looks right, sounds right and feels like your brand.
Launch
We deliver final files and help you put them to work, from launch day to your next campaign.
Everything ready to use, neatly organized.
Six services, one brand, one point of contact
When separate suppliers each handle one piece, you become the go-between, passing files, repeating your brief and fixing mismatches. With us, design, marketing, web, packaging, video and photos come together as one brand. So you get those hours back.

You'll always know where things stand

Regular updates
Short, plain-language updates at the points we agree on. So you always know what’s done, what’s next and if we need your input.
Shared drafts
We share drafts, videos and photos in one simple place. Then you can review them, give feedback and find every file later.
One person to ask
Michael is your main contact from the first call to the final file. No call centres, no runaround, just straight answers.
A quick checklist to get ready
Use this list to build a simple creative brief, which is a short summary of your project. You don’t need everything on it, and we can help with anything that’s missing. But the more you can share up front, the faster we can get to the fun part.
- Your logo files, in the best quality you have
- Your brand colours and fonts, if you have them
- Examples of designs, videos or websites you like (and ones you don't)
- Your goals: what should this project change for you?
- Who you want to reach, in a sentence or two
- Your budget range and any key dates, like a launch or an event
- Who to contact for access to your website or social pages
The practical bits, answered
How long do projects take?
It depends on the size of the project and how quickly feedback comes back. A single design or a short video moves faster than a full brand or website. Your proposal includes a project timeline with key dates. If anything needs to move, we’ll tell you straight away.
How many changes are included?
Every proposal lists the rounds of changes (revisions) for each part of the project. So you know exactly what to expect. Need more than that? No problem. We’ll tell you the cost before doing any extra work.
How does payment work?
Your proposal sets out the payment terms before any work begins, including when each payment is due. We can split larger projects into stages. If you have questions about paying, just ask on our first call.
What if I don't like the first drafts?
That’s what drafts are for. Tell us honestly what isn’t working, and we’ll go back to your goals and try again. Clear feedback early on saves time later and leads to work you’ll love.
Do I need to be involved the whole time?
Only at the key moments: the first call, approving the plan, reviewing drafts and signing off the final work. We handle everything in between and keep you posted, so you can focus on running your business.
Ready for step one?
Step one of our creative agency process is a conversation. Tell us about your project in a few clicks. Or book a free call if you’d rather talk it through first. Either way, there’s no pressure.
