Your questions about getting started
What if I don't know my budget yet?
That’s completely fine. Choose ‘Not sure yet’ in the form, and we’ll talk through options on our free call. Knowing a rough range helps us suggest what’s possible, but it’s never a test, and you’re never locked in.
Do you only work with local clients?
No. Design, web and marketing work happens online, so we can work with you wherever you are. Video and photo shoots happen in person, so for shoots outside our area we’ll include any travel in your quote.
What files can I upload?
Anything that helps us understand your project: your logo, a brief, sketches, photos or examples of work you like. PDF, JPG, PNG and ZIP files work well. If something is too big to upload, mention it and we’ll send a link.
What do you do with my information?
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and plan your project, and to send our newsletter only if you ask for it. We never sell them, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete them at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains it all.
