Sample digital marketing case study: it shows how we approach this service and will be replaced with real client work as it’s added.

What we made
The challenge

Where this project started

A small community nonprofit relies on volunteers to post on social media whenever they have a spare minute. Posts are rare, the look changes every time, and supporters only hear from the group when it needs donations. Event turnout depends on word of mouth.

The idea

The thinking behind the work

Show the people behind the cause. A simple monthly content plan built around three themes: the people the nonprofit helps, the volunteers who make it happen, and upcoming events. Every post and email follows one friendly template, so the group looks and sounds the same everywhere.

What we made

The finished work, up close

A three-month content calendar, a set of post and story templates in the nonprofit’s colours, short captions written in a warm, plain voice, a monthly email newsletter template, and a simple event promotion kit with posters and social graphics.

Results

The results

This sample digital marketing case study shows how we’d plan a nonprofit’s social media and email. On a real project, we’d track things like event sign-ups, newsletter opens and how many people share each post. Real results will appear here once this sample is replaced with one of Michael’s own projects.
